HOCKEY SCHOOL REGISTRATIONS NOW OPEN!!!

Youth Intro to Hockey: now available on Thursday 5.15pm-6.15pm for Term 1.

Please note: We may have the opportunity to add extra classes. If the class you wish to enroll is Full please contact the programs department and we can place you on our waiting list.

Hockey School is a terrific way to get in the game. Even if you’ve never skated before, our qualified coaches can teach you all the basics required to become a hockey star! 

Hockey School runs in line with the Victorian School term.

Cost: Hockey School is an upfront payment, per term, based on $25 per week Eg. Term 1 (8 weeks) =$200. 1 hour of instructions, hockey skates and full equipment hire included.

Times: Term 1 begins February 1, 2012.
Please note: there will be NO CLASS on the 15th and 22nd February due to a number of International events being held at Medibank Icehouse.

 

Introduction to Ice Hockey Timetable:

YOUTH (under the age of 18):

Thursday: 5.15pm – 6.15pm

Wednesday: 7:30pm – 8:30pm >This class is FULL please contact the programs department to be placed on the waiting list.

Intermediate Hockey Timetable:

(Only suitable for those who have passed the Introduction to Ice Hockey class)

YOUTH (under the age of 18):

Wednesday: 5:00pm – 6:00pm

Development League Timetable:

(Only suitable for those who have passed the Intermediate Ice Hockey class)

ADULTS (18+):

Wednesday: 10:00pm – 11:00pm
This class is FULL please contact the programs department to be placed on the waiting list.

Wednesday: 11:15pm – 12:15am

*Please note that the 11.15pm Development league is dependent on a minimum number. This class may be cancelled if there are insufficient numbers.

Programs Refund Policy

A full or partial refund will be issued if:

1. Medibank Icehouse is unable to provide the program that the participant originally paid for due to lack of demand, technical issues or rescheduling.
2. Severe injury or illness prevents the participant from beginning or completing the full program.

Full or partial credit will be issued if:

1. Minor injury or illness prevents the participant from beginning or completing the full program.
2. The participant is not suited for the particular program they’ve registered for, and is moved to another program. In this case, the credit from the original program will be used to fund the new program.

Refund or credit will not be issued in cases in which:

1. The participant is not interested in completing the program.
2. The participant’s availability changes, and they are unable to complete the program.
3. The participant engages in abusive, immoral or disruptive behavior towards Medibank Icehouse staff or visitors, and is dismissed from the venue.
