Sports & Fitness Gym
The Sports & Fitness Gym is located on Level 1 and is the training facility for athletes of the Olympic Winter Institute of Australia.
Improve your health, cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, flexibility and core stability through a variety of cardiovascular training, free weights and multi-station cable machines.
The Sports & Fitness Gym offers the following:
